Our research extended to Property Management companies in Calgary, Alberta. On filing of the Condominium Plan and assumption by the Association for the responsibilities involved, the Developer engaged another company to manage our properties. This other company proved to be a disaster. After interviewing five (5) different companies we selected Asset West Property Management Ltd. to manage our condominiums. Subsequently we have had to have a second Reserve Fund Study completed, and are in the process of finally setting up the Association and budget to meet the needs of owners now and into the future.
