20 years direct Property Management experience, Earned and awarded the premiere Certified Property Management (CPM ®) designation, earned and awarded The Certified Manager of Condominiums designation. Past Chairperson for the Education Committee of the REIC, Calgary Chapter.
Active member of the REIC (Real Estate Institute of Canada), Calgary Apartment Association, and the Canadian Condominium Institute.

Richel has been involved and part of the Asset West team for over 5 years, directly involved in and overseeing and hands on in all aspects of our accounting department and ours monthly financial client reporting and reconciliations, plus preparation of condominium annual audit packages and documentation etc.  Richel has a passion for her family, our clients, and an attitude and approach of “whatever it takes, lets get it done” ..and it shows in all she does!
